The Innovation Centre at Florida Atlantic R&D Park is the only University related research Park in South Florida located on the two campuses of Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach. In partnership with Florida Atlantic University, the Innovation Centre cultivates emerging technology through both established R&D organizations and new start-up initiatives. Support and resources are available through the Enterprise Development Corporation (EDC), a non-profit organization managing the Innovation Centre’s Technology Incubator and promoting emerging science and technology companies. The Innovation Centre offers flexibility to companies to accommodate them through their growth and expansion from the Incubator.

Boasting over 30 companies currently involved in research activities with Florida Atlantic University, the Innovation Centre offers direct access to University facilities, research, professors and collaboration among many disciplines. Additional advantages of being a part of the University community include the availability of faculty and students to work for companies as well as professional staff participation in advanced degree programs.
